Whether it's because this blog tends to be rather po-faced, about planning issues and suchlike, or just because I like starting new things, I've set up another blog with 'Street' in the title. It's called View from the Street.

It's just stray thoughts on anything that takes my fancy. We'll have to see how (or indeed if) it develops. At the moment there are posts on local musician and friend Michael Kidd, on pedestrianising Street High Street, on a recital Helen Lunt, a Street musician, teacher and music therapist, gave the other day in Bruton, and even some thoughts about Dresden, which I visited recently.
