On 29 January 1721 a Sylvester Richmond made a presentation to the Rectory of the Parish Church of Walton. I am currently writing a book about one particular aspect of Liverpool’s history and would like to know, if it is possible, whether this would have been Dr.Sylvester Richmond who was Liverpool’s mayor in 1672.
